Catrina Crane// Executive Director

catrina@TheValleyMKE.org

Catrina works closely with businesses across the Menomonee River Valley, helping connect people to the resources, relationships, and opportunities that keep the district moving forward. Whether supporting workforce needs, public safety conversations, or community partnerships, she serves as a trusted point of connection for businesses throughout the Valley. She also helps lead engagement opportunities that bring people together, including the Menomonee Valley Business Association, Valley Circles, and youth-focused programming that introduces students to future career pathways in the Valley.

Outside of work, Catrina is deeply involved in her community. She leads her neighborhood block watch, serves as Chair of the WHS Scholarship Committee β€” Go PURGOLDERS! β€” and spends plenty of time cheering on and chauffeuring her daughter and her friends to activities and events as a proud parent volunteer. Catrina is a graduate of Future Milwaukee and the Marquette Associates in Commercial Real Estate Program, and earned her Master of Business Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University.

Andrea Watkins // Marketing Manager

andrea@TheValleyMKE.org

Andrea brings a community-driven and story-focused approach to marketing, helping capture and share the people, projects, and momentum shaping the Menomonee River Valley. She began her career in advertising and creative agencies before spending the last five years working in education, drawn to work that blends creativity with purpose and meaningful community impact. With a background in content strategy, brand development, creative direction, and storytelling, she’s passionate about building work that feels thoughtful, human, and connected to the people it serves.

A Milwaukee native, Andrea deeply loves the city she calls home. Beyond work, Andrea loves reading and writing and dreams of publishing her own book someday. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, discovering hidden gem restaurants and supper clubs with family, cooking, and diving into creative photo, video, and branding projects just for fun. Creative, curious, and always collecting inspiration, she’s usually somewhere between daydreaming her next idea, scrolling creative apps, and adding another dream to a Notes app full of ideas.

Paige Pietras // Project Coordinator

Paige Pietras is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Legal Studies, with minors in Criminal Justice and Integrated Science. She brings experience in event planning and communications through prior positions and student organizations, and is passionate about the intersection of nonprofit work and events.

Paige has too many interests to count, but none compare to her love for film and sports, particularly the intricacies behind each. She loves attending film festivals and local Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee Brewers games as much as possible. Beyond this, Paige enjoys finding hidden gem coffee shops, participating in trivia, listening to modern rock music, and watching Survivor.
