Valley Week Kickoff Event at the Menomonee Valley Urban Ecology Center
Join MVP on Saturday, September 20, at the Menomonee Valley Urban Ecology Center for an opportunity to learn the basics of biking! Show up anytime between 10am and 1:30pm, borrow a bike and a helmet, and choose between a guided group ride or an independent ride through Three Bridges Park on paved paths.
The UEC also invites you to join their Native Plant Sale from 9am-1pm. Adding native plants to your yard can make it an aesthetically pleasing and functional spacer. Native birds, butterflies, and wildlife rely on our native plants for food, cover and habitat. Talk to the Urban Ecology Center and Prairie Future Seed Co. experts to find out which native plants are appropriate for your yard.
